Where to see the balance of the agency
The balance of the agency is displayed on the "Clients" tab and on the "Billing" tab. "Live" money is the money that you credited to your account, "bonus" is the bonus money myTarget, which the agency receives at certain turnovers.
Agency balance
Money can be blocked on the account until the moment when myTarget collects all the campaign statistics.
Where to see the flow of funds and documents
Information on payments received, money spent and transfers to customers' accounts you can see on the "Billing" tab → "Transaction History".

Closing documents can be downloaded from the tab "Balance" → "Documents".
How to replenish the balance of the agency
You can replenish an agency account only from an agency account. To do this, on the "Balance" tab, click "Make a payment" and specify the amount of deposit.

On the mail, which you specified during registration, an invoice will come. Residents of the Russian Federation can pay the bill by bank transfer from a legal entity to which the agent's office is registered. Non-residents of the Russian Federation can replenish their account by bank transfer or credit card.

Depositing money can take up to 3 banking days.
Promised payment
Some prepaid customers can use promised payment and work in debt. The amount is determined individually.

If the agency has not repaid the debt on time, the next payment will be used to repay the debt.
How to replenish the balance of the client
You can transfer money from the account of the agency to the account of the client. To replenish the balance of the client in two ways:

  • through an agency account — works for any client of the agency;

  • through the account of the manager — only for those clients for whom the manager has access rights. If there are enough access, the balance amount in the customer list will be highlighted in blue. If not, set up access permissions through the agency account.

To replenish the balance of the client, find it in the list of clients and click on the balance. In the window that opens, enter the amount you want to transfer to the client's balance. If you want to transfer only live or bonus money, click "Refine" and select from the list.

If you have not chosen the type of transfer or you do not have sufficient rights for this, the agency's live and bonus money will be written off proportionally.

Money will come to the client's balance immediately.
How to return money from a client's balance
There are two ways to transfer money from a client's balance to an agency's balance:

  • through an agency account — works for any client of the agency;

  • through the manager's account — only those clients for whom the manager has access rights. If there are enough rights, the balance amount in the customer list will be highlighted in blue. If not, set up access permissions through the agency account.

To return the money from the client's balance, find it in the list of clients and click on the balance. In the window that opens, enter the amount you want to transfer from the client's balance. If you want to transfer only live or bonus money, click "Refine" and select from the list.

Money will come to the balance of the agency immediately.
