Requirements and recommendations for the design of advertisements


Dating

Dating services advertising is allowed only if the following requirements are met.

Design of advertisements

  • The image of private persons in the ad must not focus on naked parts of the body, nor contain provocative sexual poses.
  • The text of the ad should inform about the service, and not mislead users about the desires and / or capabilities of specific private persons (Allowed: "It's easy to get acquainted", "Find your soul mate". Not allowed: "Easy dating", "Looking for an older man").
  • The advertisement must not contain the names of users and/or private persons whose images are used in the advertisement (for example, "Janna. I'll meet you today", "Do you like Anya?").
  • If targeting by "Marital status" is not used in the ad settings, then the ad text should inform only about the service.

Requirements for the advertising object

  • Availability of information about the project: description of the goals of the project, site rules, user agreement, incl. rules for processing personal data, contacts by which you can contact service representatives, as well as monitoring compliance with network communication etiquette, the existence of a set of measures in case of violation of the order, service rules.
  • Complete readiness of the resource for use: the correct operation of all buttons, tabs, links.
  • The absence of pop-up advertising banners, windows that prevent the use of the resource.
  • Availability of free functionality of the resource along with additional paid features, no mandatory membership fee.
  • The absence of payment via SMS, through a subscription.
  • The domain name of the resource must match the name of the service.

Service's management reserves the right to refuse to place advertisements for dating services if the advertisement does not correspond to the aesthetic views and beliefs of the company.
